We can change text messages, email messages, IVR messages, we can adapt the system you your specific union agreements.

If you need urgent call outs to go out at 3:00 in the morning, we can make the system do that. If you want no messages to go out between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM, we can do that. If you want one group of employees treated differently than another, we can do that.

If you have special legal or corporate standards that need to be applied, we can adjust the system to meet your needs.
