This is an hour bank and group insurance third party administration system that is currently in development. We have written many group insurance administration programs and have written the software for one large hour bank.

An hour bank provides benefits for employee that work for multiple employers during a month. Each employer contributes to the plan based on the hours that the employee works. When the employee has accumulated enough hours, they go into benefit. If they do not have enough hours to continue their benefits, they have the option to self-pay (continue their benefits at their own expense for a period of time.)

The group insurance third party administration system calculates the benefits for full-time employees. The companies are part of an association and the association administers the benefits for the employees of all the member companies. Benefit plans can vary from company to company. The system calculates the volume coverages, premium deductions and produces monthly statements for each company. The program takes care of transmitting the necessary information to the insurance companies.
